The unique environment of an ocean going yacht is an excellent location in which to promote team building, leadership and decision making techniques. Our training packages combine objectives focusing on personal achievement and team performance. Teamwork, comradeship, tolerance and compatibility play an essential part in all our programmes because we believe these qualities have outstanding value in the corporate world. An excellent example of a successful training package is the 'BT TEAMWORK' executive team building programme, which we operate on behalf of British Telecom plc.
This event consists of four days intensive sail and race training, three demanding RORC Offshore races, and culminates in the exciting challenge of the Fastnet Race.
